Hey there!
I'm looking for a bar in Chicago that would be interested in hosting a Singles Bartending Class.
We're looking for a bar that could provide:
-A private bar
-2 bartenders/instructors to teach the group how to make 5 different drinks
-Serves food
-Is centrally located
-Can give us the orivate soace/tutorial from 7-9pm on a Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs. Night
The instructional portion would include:
-Basic bar etiquette - How to pour beers, which fruit goes with which drink, how to salt a margarita, accurate shot counts/pours
-Then the bartender would run through how to make 5 drinks (Cosmos, Margaritas, Martinis and the like)
-Then there would be 2 spee dstations set up so peopel could come up and try to makew their own drinks (People would try to make no more than 2 different drinks and would use the small 1oz shot cups to sample the drinks.)
My company would pay the bar per person (Usually about $15-$23 per person)
